Daily Duties at At&T:

• Single point of contact for assigned GEM (Government, Education, Medical) accounts. • Partner with sales to support assigned GEM accounts in Chicago area. • Partner with I&R technicians and managers to resolve service issues for customers. • Act as escalation manager for assigned GEM accounts. • Responsible for coordinating and leading customer service meetings. • Responsible for Stewardship reports pertaining to customer network stability and health. • Act as Team Leader and develop close relationship with customer on open network projects. • Coordinate undertaking with I&R and customer on moves and changes within network. • Proactive customer contact. • Actively work to resolve T1 and POTS issues for large customers. • Responsible for providing root-cause analysis for services issues on complex products.
