Provide administrative support for President and Executive Vice President in addition to consultants and independent contractors as needed; document preparation, calendar management, budget support as needed, develop and organize administrative procedures, review and respond to correspondence, independently research a variety of information requests; provide administrative coordination of executive and transition coaching practices; helping to create online forms, surveys and applications, collaborating with web developers to identify and define essential components of the sites functionality, processing and distributing results; preparing presentation materials; identify and proactively solve organizational problems before they become a crises; meeting scheduling, travel arrangements.
