Spearheaded efforts to identify overdue accounts and establish contact with patients to collect on invoices; utilized an automated telephone system to perform over 150 daily outbound calls. Maintained highly accurate records of collections status, interacted with carriers to verify payments, and acted as liaison between insurance company representatives and patients to update benefits status. Utilized various methods of recovering overdue funds including skip tracing, internet research and telephone investigations
