Daily Duties at Patient Financial:

Assist in training new staff on the features and functionality of support software including; SMS, CUBS, IDX, HEX, SETX, MEDITECH, MEDITRACT,GULFCOAST and COLLECTLOGIX. Worked with clients eligible to use charity forms for uninsured patient accounts, investigate and correct billing errors, and consistently exceed monthly goals for collections efforts. Act as Team Lead in the collection of bad debts and commercial accounts; conduct investigation, gather data and act as subject matter expert for the team.
