Daily Duties at Good Samaritan Hospital (Hca):
Assist in operating, maintaining, and preparing all cardiovascular equipment needed for diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, coronary angioplasty, peripheral arteriography and angioplasty, intra-aortic balloon and Swan-Ganz insertion, temporary and permanent pacemaker insertions, and physiologic pressure monitoring. Collecting, recording and calculating hemodynamic data. Assist in devices implants (pacemakers/ICD’s, Reveal), EP studies and ablations (Stockert, EPT), stimulating (Bloom), monitoring and measuring intracardiac electrograms, Carto mapping system setup. Stock maintenance.
