Daily Duties at Amti:

- Managed and supervised a 45 personnel program staff, consultants and sub-contractors engaged in the development, implementation and execution of requirements and initiatives within ITO (Information Technology Operations), a practice within TASC (Transportation Administrative Services Center), a fee-for-service GOCO endeavor, located at the U.S. Department of Transportation in Washington, DC. - Managed the five-year program valued in excess of $16 Million Dollars which supports Telecommunications Operations (TOPS), Applications Service Provider Platforms & Services (ASPPS), Messaging & Directory Services (MDS), Consolidated Server Services (CSS) and overall ITO enterprise efforts. - Maintained a 99% plus efficiency rating, this effective performance brought added customers and workload, and missions which focused on customer centric satisfaction. - Managed the Broad Information Technology Services (BITS) and Information Technology Omnibus Procurement II (ITOP) Program Managers, in the day-to-day contractual operations and administrative management, planning, scheduling, and reporting for all aspects of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) BITS and Department of Transportation (DOT) ITOP II IDIQ contracts. - Managed the day-to-day contractual operations and administration management, planning, scheduling, and reporting for all aspects of the Veterans Administration (VA) and Veterans Health Administration (VHA) IDIQ contracts. - Managed the Department of Justice (DOJ), General Services Administration (GSA) Chief Information Office (CIO), and the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) T&M contracts valued at over $40 Million Dollars performing metrics, preparation, coordination, monitoring, and deliverables management. - Establish, monitor, and coordinate all aspects as the Prime Contractor responsible to fourteen-team members subcontracted under the BITS contract and fourteen-team members subcontracted under the ITOP II contract. Continually provided documentation in less than the Contractually mandated 3-day turnaround required for the preparation of the Statement of Work (SOW) and Task Orders (TO) for over 60 Tasks performed by the AMTI Team. - Monitor all Invoice processing from subcontractors and submission of Invoice payments with a 99% efficiency.
