Daily Duties at Msti:

- Supported the Business and Financial Manager (BFM), Director, Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E) in all Financial and Accounting Classified matters. Managed two of the five program elements (PEs) for the DOT&E, compiling -- Budget Year (BY) spend plan during the President’s Budget cycle, analyzing and updating spend plans with obligation and expenditure data, preparing and tracking funding documents, and performing monthly reconciliation with Program Budget and Accounting System (PBAS) and Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) detail reports.
