Daily Duties at Crown Consulting, Inc.:

- Managed the $50 Million Dollar business and financial, programmatic, and administrative contract to include all aspects of project performance (i.e., contractual, administrative, deliverables, program performance metrics and financial). - Designed, developed, implemented, and updated as well as monitored the Crown’s FAA BITS II Reporting System, BITS II Task Value and Invoice Tracker System, and Task Order Details and Information Tracker Systems. - Designed and Implementing Crown’s FAA BITS II Automated Task Order Tracking System (BATOTS). BATOTS will replace Crown’s three budget, accounting, and reporting manual systems. - Established and maintained technical and financial reports in order to show progress to Program Manager, and government program authorities. - Supported the development, maintenance, and implementation of work order management plans that guides the performance of all functional activities performed on the individual work orders.
