- Lead Acquisition Sub-Team Facilitating SMEs leading both Government and Contract personnel participation during the Requirements Analysis Phase, three Blue Printing Phases, and the Build & Design Phase Workshops within Spending Chain Team preparing the US Army Financial Systems conversions. - Facilitated and Business Processing Reengineered the Accounting, Acquisition, Contracts, Comptrollership workshops providing real life experience and expertise in mapping out and developing the blue printing process flows of acquisition spending chain processes. - Prepared the Business Process Design documentation package, which is the key deliverable to the US Army.
