 Organized and lead project teams in development and execution of the project scope  Prepared Activity plan and Risk analysis for project kickoff  Lead project manager for Regional, National and Enterprise accounts; Broadwing, Con Edison, Globix, Fidelity, Internaps, Level 3, PAETEC, Qwest, Sprint, T-Mobile  Created and maintained Project Matrix for all ongoing projects (80+) with weekly updates.  Organized and managed weekly meetings with all departments and project managers to obtain project status.  Interacted with others to quickly and effectively resolve conflict between team members and departments and reconciles differences between individual needs and the requirements of the organization.
