Daily Duties at Neon Communications :
Organized and lead project teams in development and execution of the project scope Prepared Activity plan and Risk analysis for project kickoff Lead project manager for Regional, National and Enterprise accounts; Broadwing, Con Edison, Globix, Fidelity, Internaps, Level 3, PAETEC, Qwest, Sprint, T-Mobile Created and maintained Project Matrix for all ongoing projects (80+) with weekly updates. Organized and managed weekly meetings with all departments and project managers to obtain project status. Interacted with others to quickly and effectively resolve conflict between team members and departments and reconciles differences between individual needs and the requirements of the organization.
