Daily Duties at Escher Group:

 Managed all core change requests including scheduling, implementation and delivery  Day-to-day management of project team personnel, communication with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution, as part of the overall business strategy  Responsible for project planning, estimating, execution, implementation, risk analysis (internal and external) and ongoing support through customer rollout  Set deadlines, assigned responsibilities, oversaw and summarized progress of project.  Acted as point of escalation for issues beyond usual scope  Created & maintained Project Summary and Budget reports  Weekly report of estimates vs. actual vs. availability for all projects and staff  Created and maintained Global Project Plan using MS Project illustrating all active projects with assign resources. This plan shows all projects in the three offices (Cambridge, Dublin, & Singapore)
