Responsible for all financial forecasting, cost of service studies, budgeting, audits, and the general financial standing of the cooperative and its subsidiaries consisting of 18,000 customers. In charge of all accounting, billing, and materials management systems. In charge of funds acquisition and managing loan fund records. Shared responsibility for computer hardware and information systems. Supervised billing, customer service, accounting, and administrative personnel. Worked on wind and gas generation projects and coordinated respective funding resources. Represented PSREC at the Utah Association of Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS) in order to coordinate power purchases via the eastern grid interconnection. Worked with Northern California Power Association on purchased power issues. Worked with statewide association manager on cooperative development, accounting and funding issues, and grant applications.
