Grew up through the ranks with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts. Began career in the kitchen and achieved the position of Executive Sous Chef prior to making the transition to front of the house management positions. Other positions included; Formal dining Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager, Assistant Director of Catering, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, Food and Beverage Director. Participated in the opening of 3 Hyatt Hotels. Worked in 3 union properties and worked through union negociations.
