Supervised the daily operation of 3 divisions Provided on-going training and supervision to a full time staff of 20 employees. Made contact with clients for up-coming events to outline and coordinate consession needs. Provided supervision to the set up and service of catered events up to 6,000 people. Maintained a $20,000.00 vault, responsible for balansing daily deposits.
