Directed Daily activities of the hotels rooms division, which included 5 operational departments; Housekeeping, Reservations, Front Desk, Hotel Security, Retail Shop and supervised the Local Corporate Sales Manager. I was responsible for the strategic planning of the hotels yield management program Provided direct support to the outside sales effort, increased local corporate business by 20% Received promotion to Director of Operations and also supervised the food and beverage division Supervised a staff of 80 employees I served on the board of the Blue Valley Association
