Daily Duties at Great Wolf Lodge:
Member of the Corporate SWAT team and assisted in the opening of 4 new Great Wolf Resorts. Directed all aspects of the Resorts Food and Beverage operation, which included a full service family style restaurant, The Bear Claw Cafe, an espresso bar and bakery, A Water Park snack bar and a Pizza Hut Express Supervised 75 employees Interviewed, hired and trained all food and beverage managers and employees.
