Daily Duties at Gentiva Health Services:

Responsible for managing, recruiting, staff retention, and marketing healthcare services to all customers within the community. Oversee performance improvement, data collection, inventory control, meetings and QA/PI reporting to ensure compliance with JCAHO survey standards and state regulations. Perform in-service education, and patient’s evaluation and treatment in two locations. • Screen, interview and recruit healthcare workers for regional facilities • Generate and maintain cost-efficient patient care services which drive new business growth • Enhance business development through strategic planning and patient satisfaction. • Assess needs, made feasible recommendations to upper management and resolve problems • Launch and promote good public relations through networking and open communication
