Daily Duties at Superior Staffing:

• In the beginning of my employment with Superior Staffing, I held the title of Staffing Supervisor for the Fremont office. • My sole responsibilities were to place contractors with our current clients within the manufacturing industry. • I was then promoted to Onsite Staffing Supervisor for their client Solectron Corp. Bldg. 18. • I was directly responsible for all issues pertaining to the swing shift contractors. • I managed all new hire badges, new hire orientation, time cards, payroll adjustments, employee complaints and terminations.
