Daily Duties at Comtech Staffing Group:
• My duties include Sourcing and Recruiting Contractors as well as permanent consultants for various clients. • Responsible for writing a technical recruiting manual and training all junior recruiters. • Supervised all work activity on the recruiting side of the company. Report weekly to Branch Manager on all activity for the recruiting group. • Worked closely with the President to put together a company wide training program for all recruiters and account managers.
