Daily Duties at Advanced Employment Services, Inc.:
• Source, Recruit and Qualify candidates for various clients for the following areas nationally: I.T.: Network Architecture/Security, Network Engineering, Network Administration, VoIP, IP Telephony, System Architecture- Microsoft and Unix,, System Administration Microsoft and Unix E-commerce, Web Development /Architecture, Database Administration, Database Architecture, ERP Architecture, .Net programmers, SQL Server Programmers. Recruit Train and Supervised internal Sales and Recruiter Positions. • Handled customer service for existing clients, as well as, problem and issue resolution. • Managed the hiring process from initial job order through the end of assignment, including but not limited to Employee Retention, Conflict Resolution, Performance Evaluation, Disciplinary Action, Compensation Negotiations and Terminations.
