Develop and maintain budgets for possible projects. Compile pricing for jobs to bid on. Established schedules an dmilestones for projects. Ressolve discrepancies between blueprints and specificcations. Relay issues/general information to Owner or Owner's Rep. to keep them informed on jobsite schedule. Solve any/all issues that arise during construction. Work directly with onsite contractors to get all assigned daily work completed on time and safely. Call vendors to check and confirm order/delivery status of materials. Perform secretarial/administrative skills such as: filing, answer phone calls, type memos, schedule meetings, faxing and copy work and other duties as assigned.
