Daily Duties at Baker Energy:
Maintain and trouble shoot solar T60 gas/diesel turbines compressors and generators, Ariel low speed gas compressor, centrifugal pumps and compressors, prime movers, Seatrax cranes, survival craft, Bran Luebbe /texteen chemical pumps, reverse osmoses water maker, nitrogen generators, Gardner Denver air compressors and other mechanical devices installed on the facility. Maintain daily inspections and reports on relevant equipment, including regulatory inspections. Maintain documentation for appropriate mechanical equipment. Utilize the entire facility lock-out and tag-out system. Resolve technical issues related to all appropriate mechanical equipment. Generate detailed work record and assist with transfer of communication between work crews. Participate and support the Emergency Management System processes and the Environmental Management System. Manage parts and special equipment orders prior to annual or anticipated overhauls of major equipment within area of expertise. Order replacement parts and manage back-up inventory of spare parts. Participate in daily implementation of Safety Training Observation Program, Advanced Safety Audit, HSSE programs. Comply with Minerals Management Systems (MMS) and USCG regulations. Active member of the Emergency Response Team (Fire Team) and safety committee.
