Daily Duties at Adt Security Services Inc.:
Having three changes in management in this department in its last two years, I was promoted to this position to reorganize it and redevelope a team atmosphere for the installers. After my first year, my department was ranked 5th in the country and 2nd in medium districts for ADT. I quickly became "the go-to guy" for various in-office projects and was constantly called on for my input in various situations. I processed P&L reports for my department and learned various types of equipment, from Ademco Security products to Card Access by Casi Rusco and EAS (Electronic Article Systems). I served as Safety Coordinator in my last year with ADT. I also developed reward plans within our department to spotlight and reward installers who went above and beyond the job requirements.
