Daily Duties at Cpi Security Systems:
In three of my first six months at CPI, I broke records in both “Installations Completed” and “Service Calls Ran” categories. I served as the interim Branch Manager from September 2006 until my departure, controlling all of the Operations and Branch Department functions of the Raleigh Branch. This consisted of the direct reports of approximately 30 technicians and 5 supervisors, overseeing daily operations of installations and quality control for all jobs. I have conducted all of the Branch functions up to and including monthly tracking of sales and installs. I kept the Branch running on high morale and good financial decisions.
