• Department manager of 24 full time technical consultants located in various client locations in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey generating in excess of $1.2 M in annual net profitability with minimal (less than 5%) turnover annually.. • Local Project Management for all of TEKsystems Managed Services contracts. Generated an audited project management score of 94.6% from National Project Office while adding an additional $400 K in annual profits to organization. • Contracted department manager of the Software Deployment group at Verizon. This was a group of 16 full time UNIX Administrators supporting the 1,200 Sun Solaris, HPUX and IBM AIX servers for both WIN/form and WEB/form applications in the Verizon footprint. Managed the planning, creation, testing and execution weekly of 80 software change controls needed to support the Verizon environment on a weekly basis over the 2000 Millennium changeover. Provided 24/7 on-call management responsibility for the Verizon Distributed Operation designed to deliver a 98.7% system availability while reducing staff attrition from 40% to 6.25% annually.
