Project Manager of infrastructure services implementations to support the company’s e-Commerce business and back-office business operations. The following is a snapshot of major accomplishments: • Designed and implemented the Project Management Process for infrastructure services at NutriSystem. With a focus on Resource Planning and Control, led the implementation process for a department of 40 support professionals while delivering 50 + projects annually. • Managed the upgrade of the Microsoft Project Server 2003 EPM environment to the 2007 environment. This was accomplished within a 6 week period for a total cost of $27,000 across the entire NutriSystem IT and Business use of the environment. • Managed the implementation of a Document Management system at NutriSystem providing a department 100% productivity improvement while negotiating site wide licensing of the tool saving NutriSystem $100 K in capital. • Managed the expansion of the NutriSystem data center to implement the EMC Symmetric and Clarion SAN solutions. This included the expansion of the data center power distribution and network environment to accommodate the increased capacity. • Managed the NutriSystem Data Center Power Distribution expansion increasing its capacity for an additional 33% while minimizing the planned outage (1 hour) while avoiding any unplanned outage during the changeover.
