Daily Duties at Jersey Films:
Responsible for all contractual/non-contractual product placement. Oversaw all interactions between the production company and corporate entities. Gave weekly reports detailing status of each project in progress. Prepared and distributed Wrap report, inventory status, loss/damage charges per department, savings to date, products owned and details on receiving monies for cash deals. Coordinated with the Art, Property, Set Dressing, Wardrobe and Transportation Departments. Brought in on contract to negotiate and generate savings in production by bringing in product placement savings and cash fee negotiations for product placement. Results: generated $200,000 in savings for production, “Garden State”.
