Managed day-to-day operations of a new branch office which recruited and placed RNs, LPNs and caregivers. Supervised 3 direct reports and 50+ field staff. Managed a variety of HR functions, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, payroll preparation, benefits administration, employee relations, training and workers compensation management.
