Daily Duties at Metro Personnel :

· Interfacing with corporations in the Central and North New Jersey and surrounding areas in reference to open job requirements. Within a three and a half year time frame, built up a business of 20 major clients, receiving constant job openings. (Major clients included The BOC Group, Chubb and Son, Colgate Palmolive, Dun and Bradstreet, Organon, and more) · Recruiting of candidates for various positions available. · Interviewing candidates and assessing their background and abilities. · Performing reference checks. · Setting up candidacy interviews with companies. .
