Daily Duties at Interim Technology:
· Interview prospective consultants through a formal process (in-person interview, technical interview (mostly via Techchek), reference checks, close on salary, rewrite of resume) and market to hire on a full-time basis. · Keep up-to-date Resumix database of consultants, as well as performing searches of the database for particular skills, and matching up of candidates to specific requirements. · Setting up client interviews for consultants with Marketing Representatives.
