Daily Duties at Kforce International:

· Interview and hire consultants as either permanent employees, W2’s, 1099’s, or through third party companies and place at various clients through the New Jersey/New York tri-state area. · Test candidates via Techchek and more recently Brainbench Testing Services to obtain hands on skill levels. · Obtain reference checks on candidates being considered for hire. · Keep constant update of candidates’ files on Wizard database. · Work hand-in-hand with Marketing Representatives to staff incoming job requirements. · Heavy email interaction (MS Outlook) with coworkers and outside parties. · Attend weekly operations meetings to be updated on current status of job requirements. · Set up client interviews for consultants with kforce.com Marketing Representative. · Attend job fairs and recruit new candidates for possible hire. · Work closely as a team member in the staffing of job requirements. (Team members included Woodbridge office, as well as seven other offices in the New Jersey/New York tri-state area. · Placed permanent Information Technology professionals, as well, for our Permanent Placement Search Division. · While at kforce, worked 100% commission earning Bronze Award Achievement for the Year 2000 bringing total billings to the company of $300,000.
