Daily Duties at Pinnacle Consulting Group:

· Staffing various levels of positions from Clerical up to Senior Level Management in a diversity of industries including information technology, health care, brokerage, banking, pharmaceutical, insurance and manufacturing. · Advertising for these positions on various search engines including HotJobs, Monster, JustTechJobs, and Dice, and successfully utilizing these same sites for Recruiting. · Select best match up of candidates found to job opportunity, interview candidates, perform references checks, prepare resume and submit to client. · Establish relationships with Human Resource Managers and other hiring personnel within the NJ/NY/PA tri-state area and develop new accounts. · Schedule interviews (phone and in person). · Close candidates on salary/hourly rates prior to interviewing with client. · Assist candidates with offer paperwork and benefit selection. · Pick up candidates from airport and transfer to client site for interviews.
