Daily Duties at Avaya Inc.:

· Partner with Avaya Managers across the United States on a one-on-one basis to discuss open positions in detail, and followup through entire interviewing process keeping a communicative relationship. · Search, screen, interview and hire candidates for position openings including: Product Managers, Project Managers, Software Specialists, Field Service Managers, Systems Integrators, Solution Architects, Implementation Service Managers and Service Marketing Specialists. · Salary ranges of positions: Range from $50,000 to $150,000. · Keep efficient up-to-date information in Brassring on each candidate presented through the process, whether an Internal or External candidate. · Negotiate with managers as well as candidates offers, and present and process offers through the Brassring System with the Global Employment Service Center personnel and following through to completion. · Attend weekly update Talent Acquisition Staffing meetings for update of current positions and status. · Worked one-on-one with HR Business Partners on any critical recruiting issues. · Handled on average 25-35 openings at one point in time. · Within a two year timeframe, hired 200 candidates.
