Daily Duties at Educational Testing Service:
· Scheduling and meeting in person with Vice Presidents and various levels of management in both the Princeton and Ewing facilities to discuss position openings in detail. · Departments recruited for include: Accounting and Finance, General Counsel/Corporate Contracts, Marketing and Public Affairs, Supplier Management, Strategic Bidding and Scoping, Scoring/Reporting Technology, Higher Education and School Assessments and Call Center. · Positions hired for include: Lead Financial Analyst, Electrician, Manager of Government Relations, Lead Accountant, Web Content Writer, Documentation Specialist, Director of Operations, Principal Architect, Quality Engineer, Strategic Supplier Contracts Manager, Program Coordinator, Associate Accountant, Senior Customer Service Representative, Web Designer, Collections Supervisor, Business Systems Analyst-Lead, Internal News Editor, Brand Marketing Director, Director of IT, S/W Quality Assurance Analyst-Senior, Principal IT Architect, IT Security Analyst, Assessment Specialists. · Salary ranges of positions: Ranged from $30,000 up to $165,000. · Interview candidates through entire full project life cycle of hiring Educational Testing Service permanent employees through Pereless ATS process and proceed with candidates through till position is filled/closed. · Heavily utilize Pereless Applicant Tracking System for managing positions as well as for applicant tracking, keeping accurate up-to-date information on both. · Attend weekly Recruitment Team Meeting to discuss department and recruiting updates. · Work one-on-one with Senior Strategic Workforce Solutions Consultant(s) and Director of Compensation assisting with any pertinent hiring/salary related questions/issues. · Wrote a brochure for the ETS website called ETS, New Jersey and You, Perfect Together, to attract candidates to the ETS Princeton location. · Handled on average 15-20 openings.
