Directly monitored 22 office/industrial properties in a real estate portfolio consisting of 2.1 million square feet. Reported to institutional investors and prepared annual budgets in excess of $50 million. Assembled and implemented guidelines for three-year business plans for each managed property. Directly responsible for reviewing and maintaining lease documents. Developed strong business relationships with key tenant accounts.
