Directly monitored seven office/medical properties in a real estate portfolio consisting of 500,000 SF, including an 11-story office building in downtown Indianapolis. Reported to five owners/asset managers and prepared budgets of over $100 million annually. Analyzed and presented quarterly/monthly forecasts; managed expenditures and payment terms with vendors in order to significantly improve cash position. Managed staff of 6 maintenance engineers and 2 administrative assistants. Prepared and reviewed annual budgets, semi-annual forecasts and monthly reports to building owners. Oversaw the daily operations of the facilities through contact with maintenance engineers, janitorial and landscaping providers. Coordinated tenant finish, construction projects and capital improvement projects.
