Daily Duties at Sita:

MONITORING 8 MAINFRAME SYSTEMS, A NETWORK OF OVER 250 WINDOWS SERVERS, OVER 150 UNIX SERVERS AND OVER 20 LINUX SERVERS. LEVEL ONE PROBLEM RESOLUTION AND ESCALATION, PERFORM SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE, CHANGE IMPLEMTATION AND PROCESS SERVICE REQUEST, CREATE AND MANAGE CITRIX AND TIMBUKTU USER ACCOUNTS, OPERATOR TRAINING, CREATE AND MAINTAIN INCIDENT AND STATISTICAL REPORTS. DEVELOP COMMAND CENTER DOCUMENTATION. SUPPORT PRODUCTION LONDON.
