Assistant to three Store Managers Utilized Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook Wrote all correspondence to customers Liaison between customers and Department Managers and Store Manager Proven to satisfy upset customers both in person and in writing Coordinated all employee special events including Nordstrom 100th Anniversary Celebration Created visual presentation boards and bulletin boards for back of house Used Nordstrom based internal business applications: Infopac, Oracle & MarkView
