Daily Duties at Nov Fluids Services:
Managed all accounting-related functions including payroll; supervised staff of five. Spirit Drilling Fluids (a small, private company) was purchased 5/1/09 by National Oilwell Varco which quickly absorbed the Denver accounting function. New parent company NOV Well Site Services utilizes me periodically as Contractor to wrap up loose ends associated with the closure of the old company and a software migration.
