Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Responsible for Northern California’s Equipment Repair Develop and manage a budget in excess of $6 million Consistently meet or come in under budget Develop and manage Service Level Agreements Responsible for a staff in excess of 270, from the Oregon border to Bakersfield, 7 District managers, Admin staff of 3 and 3 Regional Specialists. All staff, with the exception of Admin support, is remote. Manage personnel issues on all levels Develop and maintain internal and external measurement reports nationwide for in-house service department Responsible for developing New Business Responsible for internal and external business relationships
