Handled inbound calls from new/existing customers regarding service. Provided complete and accurate account details to customers. Assisted new customers with determining the best products to meet their needs. Sold various services to customers (landline, wireless, internet, and TV – Dishnetwork/DirecTv). Analyzed and provided existing customers with the benefits of keeping service with AT&T. Met a monthly quota regarding sales and retaining customers
