Daily Duties at Wilmington Trust:

CONTRACT POSITION • Managed daily HRIS operation including maintenance and monitoring of the HRIS systems; including ReportSmith and Access • Maintained and organized internal database files and tables and developed custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management, staff and Payroll • Provided assistance and support in the conversion of files from current HR Information Systems to UltiPro • Created and sent various reports from the HRIS system; both ad hoc and scheduled • Assisted in staffing such as resume review and setting up internal/external interviews
