• Managed processing of daily requests for SAP access in the Finance department in the Access database • Analyzed weekly and daily termination files and active employee files from HR in the Access database to determine SAP access rights • Successfully converted SAP access tracking information from Excel into Access • Developed a new report of SAP tracking information in Access for weekly update meetings • Analyzed and streamlined the day to day systems process in Access into fewer steps creating better efficiency • Developed and implemented documentation of all daily processes to be used for training purposes • Maintained an Access database including MS2 employees • Coordinated with security to terminate or grant access in SAP • Administered queries in SAP to export information • Coordinated all training classes from start to finish • Updated the website using Dreamweaver
