Architected the company’s imaging and information systems services and software integration marketing strategy. Streamlined associated portfolio offerings, accordingly. Launched ancillary PACS solutions, such as an Enterprise Physician Portal, a Master Patient Index (MPI), and a wireless, mobile PACs application, which served as the foundation of the company’s initial EMR strategy announcement for North America. Represented the company in joint business ventures. Revised sales collateral, web content, advertising and public relations components. Aligned sales and service training with market requirements. Reduced cost-of-sales and time-to-revenue by automating sales quoting and statement of work (SOW) processes. Presented solution value at internal and external-to-company events, such as sales meetings, user group conferences, tradeshows, and on one-on-one customer calls. Developed and executed sales initiatives, including an end-of-life product migration program, integrated with installation services, user training, annual maintenance services, and financing. This initiative drove $30M in revenue over 3 years with $100M in follow-on service revenue.
