Daily Duties at Be Aerospace:
• System designs include the following: Transport Aircraft seating & configuration layouts, progressive tool & dies for electrical components & vacuum form & injection molds for seat component details. • Develop after market designs while providing custom products to international, national, and regional air carriers. • Develop test plans to ensure that designs meet or exceed FAA requirements and customer expectations. Conduct statistical analysis to determine causes of product failures and develop appropriate test plans. • Managed product support for up to eight key customers, which included issue analysis, re-design, sourcing, reliability testing, and on-site implementation of fixes (issue resolutions). • Contributed to the development of warranty budgets by advising senior management of known issues and maintained compliance with budgets by devising and implementing cost-effective fixes.
