- Managed the processes of logging, distribution, progress tracking and follow up from inception to completion of submittals, RFIs, and material/equipment expediting with Primavera Expedition and Excel. - Managed project cost control systems including review and approval of subcontractor invoicing and change order requests. - Produced and distributed narratives and provided analysis to identify and describe changes to contract documents to appropriate parties for changes to project scope. - Monitored construction progress, safety concerns, construction coordination and quality control issues with project superintendents and subcontractor foremen. - Performed MEP coordinator responsibilities on hospital and museum projects responsible for managing complex Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Building Automation, Fire Alarm, Security, and Telecommunications scopes of work including managing installation, testing, commissioning and turnover. - Managed coordination and installation of all owner furnished medical equipment including Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT Scanners and X-Ray equipment for a new 400,000 sf regional hospital. - Lead project meetings with owner’s representatives, design consultants, owner vendors, subcontractors, project closeout meetings, MEP coordination and system commissioning meetings. - Managed project closeout including closeout documentation, final subcontractor billing, oversight and coordination of systems training for owner’s maintenance personnel.
