Provided full lifecycle project management throughout large-scale implementations, from requirements gathering and workflow design to testing, implementation, and support. Authored qualification validations for 21CFR compliant systems. Provided full administration of 20-user Windows 2003 network. Created comprehensive systems documentation, including user requirements specifications, change requests, and operating procedures
