Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user and business needs. Apply understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to improve process and productivity in all areas of solar and fiber optics production. Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Create and modify Crystal reports based on SQL data warehouse tables, used in critical decision-making in production planning. Championed project to implement new software and process change management guidelines to comply with ISO quality compliance. Collaborated with all levels of end-users, from high level managers to production floor operators, to improve visibility to bottleneck operations, yield improvement opportunities, and well-performing areas.
