Daily Duties at Serco North America:
Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user and business needs. Apply understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to improve process and productivity in all areas of health management systems. Manage system implementations and patch releases through all phases from business needs to project completion. Analyze existing business processes to identify automated solutions and fixes. Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system requirement specifications. Create and modify Crystal reports based on SQL data tables, used in critical decision-making, area performance metrics. Analysis of use and configuration of HEAT helpdesk ticketing system, including autotask configuration, group alerts, ect.
