Responsible for formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on both user and business needs. Apply understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to improve process and productivity in all areas of health management systems. Serve as the bridge between clinical operations and IT to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations and solutions. Report on metrics for public sector behavioral health from multiple data sources,. Map and Analyze existing business processes to identify automated solutions and fixes, using Visio. Perform analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper reporting and database specifications. Create and modify reports based on SQL data tables and marts, used in critical decision-making, area performance metrics, using a variety of reporting and analysis tools including Excel pivots, Hyperion, and Crystal Reports. Using MS Sharepoint, manage project documentation, reviews, and change requests, and SDLC documentation.
